Booking for the Farmers Jam weekend is now live!

Please book and pay before 03/09/2015 to get early bird discount: £40 for the weekend.  Bookings after this will will be charged a £5 late fee: £45 for the weekend.

This Booking system consists of two parts (registration and payment) so please follow all instructions

1)  Click Here! to pay – This page will open in a new window, by clicking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions which can be found below and transfer to booking website

2) Sign in:

-If you are not a club member then please select the sign up now button to create an account

– If you are already a club member please enter your personal ID and pin, if you have forgotten please contact Norfolk Snowsports Club on 01603 662781

3) On the Home page please change the date range to run from 04/09/2015 to 06/09/2015 and change activity type to event

4) Click on search to find the Farmers Jam event

5) Fill in details and proceed to checkout

Both steps must be completed.

Bookings Policy

Terms and Conditions
    1. The customer shall be responsible for the payment and any other charges to do with the booking.
    2. The customer shall not assign or sub-let the right to use the facilities and must only use the facility for the agreed purpose.
    3. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking for all activities via major credit cards or debit cards.
    4. The payment needs to be made at the time of the booking to validate the booking.
    5. Price will be confirmed at time of booking
    1. In order to make online bookings the customer will need to register on the Norfolk Snowsports Club booking page website This requires them to have a valid email address to log-in. For all activities other than tubing a Norfolk Snowsports Club Member Card number which members may obtain, in person from the club, is required.
    2. Any customers who forget their PIN number can request a reminder through the on-line booking screen.
    3. Booking is only confirmed when you pay in full for your activity, and you receive payment confirmation via email from the system.
    4. To gain entry to a Norfolk Snowsports Club any customer who has booked and paid online for activities will be required to let reception know of your arrival. Please bring proof of booking. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session is due to start.
    5. Norfolk Snowsports Club reserves the right to change bookings.
    1. Cancellation Terms & Conditions: Purchase of tubing tickets is a commitment to attend a specific tubing session and we do not offer refunds.
    1. Norfolk Snowsports Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without giving any reason, to refuse admission to the club, to reject an application of membership and to withdraw membership.
    2. We can add to, change, withdraw or cancel facilities or activities from the club without notice. This includes closing an activity or changes to its opening hours for safety reasons, maintenance or special events. Customers who book & pay online will be entitled to a refund if the club withdraws the facility or activity. The payment will be refunded direct to the credit or debit card upon presentation of the web booking reference number at the club from the confirmation email customers receive.
    3. The club will not be liable for any other expenditure incurred or loss sustained by the customer arising from the booking online or cancellation.
    2. Please check with the Club before booking any person with special needs.
    3. Permission must be obtained from Duty Manager before taking any video or photographic images in the building.
    4. Appropriate clothing must be worn. Participants may get wet and dirty and as the slope material can be slightly abrasive exposed flesh must be covered.
      • Long robust trousers, long sleeves and a pair of full fingered gloves.
      • Sturdy rubber soled shoes for example trainers. (not wellies)
      • Long hair and scarves must be tucked out of the way.
      • Helmets will be provided and must be worn.
    6. The height of the start will be set by the supervisors and will take into account slope conditions and age of participants.
    7. On arrival at, and departure of the club, customers must show consideration towards local residents living near the club, particularly during the evening.
    8. No customer shall grant sound or television broadcasting or filming rights without prior conditional consent of the management. The consent may impose conditions with which you must comply.
    9. Norfolk Snowsports Club and third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording. Admission to the Club signifies your consent to them being used in perpetuity and in all media without any rights to payment.
    10. Parking is permitted only in the designated parking places.
    11. Only cars displaying disabled badges may park in the disabled parking bays.
    12. Customers will leave booked areas clean, tidy and free from damage.
    Norfolk Snowsports Club accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, property or injury, illness or death, on these premises unless caused by its own negligence.
    1. If the fire alarm sounds at the club you must immediately leave the club by the nearest available exit and meet at the assembly point and comply with any directions from Club staff.
    2. You must report any accident, injury or damage immediately to the Duty Manager/Reception at the Club.
    Norfolk Snowsports Club is a data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998. We hold information for the purposes specified in our notification made to the information commissioner. We may get information about you from others, or we may give information to them. If we do, it will only be as the law permits, to;
    – Check accuracy of information
    – Prevent or detect crime
    – Protect public funds. We may check information we receive about you with what is already in our records. This can include information provided by you as well as by others such as government departments and agencies. We will not give information about you to anyone outside of the organisation unless the law permits us to do so. COMMENTS If you wish to speak to someone regarding the level of service, please talk to the Duty Manager/Reception immediately. All customers must comply with these terms for booking online & conditions of use, to have regard for the safety of, and behave considerately towards other customers, staff, the building and equipment. Any person not doing so maybe asked to leave the Club and must immediately leave if asked. You are responsible for the behaviour of any children you bring to the Club and must explain any relevant rules and conditions to them. You must comply with notices and signs on display in the club.
